An innovative and ambitious project that revolves around a specific theme: harmony.

Harmony and vitality of spaces, harmony in the relationship with oneself and with others, harmony of a life path that remains full, valid, and full of meaning even in an RSA (Italian healthcare residences).

The architects Stefano Cresti and Katia Petruzza started from this theme to develop this new concept of residence for the elderly, focusing a lot on precious materials and design, warm and comfortable, with which new and unusual settings were created for a structure of this type.

Inside the residence, in fact, typical situations of a "normal" life have been recreated: going to the hairdresser, taking a walk inside an old Italian village, buying a newspaper at the newsstand and sitting in front of the fireplace to sip a coffee or watch television in freedom and feel just like at home.

The choice of these materials also includes the Strike product by Xilia which has been specially adapted for the realization of the wooden boiserie, the free-standing strip divider that divides the reading area from the break area and the reception counter, a distinctive sign of this new location.

The warmth of wood combined with the striking aesthetics of Strike make this place even more harmonious and comfortable.
