XILIA x CEADESIGN – Milano Design Week 2021
Innovation, research and experimentation are part of the essence of Xilia and its products.
On the occasion of Milan Design Week 2021, in collaboration with CEA, we have developed a special set-up within the DESIGN CROSSING path.
CEA will present HOOK, a tap system designed by Parisotto + Formenton and Natalino Malasorti designed for the outdoors, but also suitable for indoor environments: for this occasion we will create an evocative setting of the bathroom area using the panels of our Strike Collection.
Strike is the perfect slat cladding system for creating scenographic settings with a strong emotional content through the use of wood.
Proposed in a range of six finishes obtained from a careful selection of Xilia’s best-selling woods, within the DESIGN CROSSING path, Strike will be presented in the Carbon Oak version, a new and refined “total black” finish, created with a bio-based varnishing cycle obtained through the ancient manual technique of the rag dye, capable of enhancing and making the wood pore decisive, to experience the space in a harmonious environmental symbiosis.
